Zero Wing (Europe) ROM

One of THE best side scrolling shooters i have ever played, i reccomend you or your friends download this game and have a blast!
You all know this game, whether you think so or not. This game started the biggest and one of the first memes ever. Thats right, i`m talking about All Your Base Are Belong To Us. So as you can probably guess, there isn`t much story to this game, but i`m going to tell you anyway.
Taking place in 2101 A.D, you play as the pilot of ZiG-01 on your captains final request to destroy CATS and his bases. You take off, right before the bomb someone has set up us explodes. That`s about it.
Where this game really shines is in the gameplay. While flying, if you destroy a certain kind of ship, you get power-ups! After collecting the first one (always get the first one) you can chose to skip powerups to upgrade the one of your choice! Red is standard gun, Blue is laser stream and Green is Homing gun. Also, after the three get collected or passed by, you can collect another one which is either A) A speed boost B) Destroy all enemies on screen C) A point boost. Also, in the options, you can change the difficulty (standard is easiest, and even then it`s impossible >_<) and lives (Standard is 3, can be increased or decreased by one.)
I say once again, it is one of the best sidescrolling shooters out there, and definitely merits a 5/5 easy.
