How to Play this Game ?
Game Description & Reviews:
I thought I was getting a side scrolling schmup, one of a series, most famous of which I know of is Sol Feace on Sega/MegaCD. This thought was compounded when I saw the title screen, which horizontally scrolls left to right against a starry space backdrop like so many other schmups before it and after. The catchy, rocky music plays too, it's good, even reminiscent of the great Turrican soundtracks by Chris Hulsbeck, before settling into a more J-pop style further in.
Here is where my interest waned. This is an unplayable JRPG thing. Oh, I'm sure it's alright, but one would need to be fluent in both written Japanese and spoken to appreciate it.
This is not Sol Feace 2. Completely avoid unless you have fluent Japanese AND have played all the other JRPG's out there to death.
