Shining Force: Resurrection of the Dark Dragon is a remake of the Sega Genesis Game, Shining Force: The Legacy of Great Intention. It has some new features, 3 new Characters, some Balance Tweaks, & enhanced Graphics over it's predecessor.

Just in case you haven't played the original, the gist of the story is that you are a young Swordsman under the tutelage of the great Knight, Varios. You were taken in by the kingdom of Rune after you were found washed up on a beach & treated fairly well, barring some of the Knights being jealous of the attention Varios gives you. Rune comes under attack soon enough from an evil force, & you are given charge of an army & tasked with putting a stop to the evil forces plans, whatever they may be...

This is a turn-based tactical RPG, with emphasis on strategy, planning, & tactics over power or brute force.
